best servicepool activitiesunmatched energy
Miquel and Johnny at the pool gave best service. The activities team with Jesus and Luis brought the energy everyday. They had smiles and unmatched energy.
The water depth in all pools was only 1.10m. I could not really swim at all.

the resort grounds were very well maintained and clean staff worked daily on the pools and gardens. the room was spacious and comfortable i especially liked the rainfall shower in the bathroom.
the beach had many vendors constantly approaching to sell items it was difficult to relax there. also the food at the buffet was often bland and some dishes were not very appetizing.

I found the rooms very hygienic. It was noticeable. the staff were friendly. They helped with all requests! the pools looked very clean. I swam in them daily.
